We have an immediate opening for a Business Administrator to join our mission of helping protect people, property, and critical infrastructure against sophisticated attack.
*Job responsibilities to include:*
The Business Administrator will be responsible for assisting the department managers in various compliance tasks, employee recruitment, employee onboarding, employee engagement, and various other human resource needs.
*Role Responsibilities*
* Contribute and assist in tracking various state and local licensing compliance needs
* Support creation and maintenance of various human resource documents
* Assist in recruiting and employee onboarding processes
* Support, escalate, and respond to employee inquiries and participate in specific employee engagement programs
* Coordinate, track, and help manage employee certifications/training
* Assist in company vehicle maintenance tracking, recording, follow-up, and reporting of accurate detailed information for fleet vehicles
* Help research and provide input on assigned human resources projects
*Requirements:*
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Professionally maintain confidentiality in all matters
· Attention to detail
· Efficiently able to meet deadlines
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
*Special consideration if candidate has experience with:*
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Business licensing and permitting
* Bookkeeping Experience
* Human Resources

Pay: $45,000.
00 - $60,000.
