Bolder BioTechnology is seeking a part time, full charge bookkeeper to perform routine bookkeeping procedures and general administration duties, with an anticipated start date of mid-April to May 1, 2024.
8 to 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible schedule
In-person at our Boulder, CO facility during normal working hours
Requirements
Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with PC computers
Responsibilities:
Enter invoices, payments and deposits into QuickBooks and Excel
Maintain employee payroll accounts in QuickBooks
Issue checks and ACH payments
Maintain checking account register
On-line filing of Colorado unemployment and Famli payments
Complete Federal 941 and 940 forms and payments
Issue W2s, W3s and 1099s
General office administration
Maintain purchase order register
Order supplies from vendors
Maintain administrative files
Track personnel time across multiple projects
