Our Collision Shop Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our body shop operations, balancing financial responsibilities with strategic planning and leadership.

As a collision shop controller, you will handle the body shops accounting, ensuring the highest level of accuracy, integrity, and performance in all accounting procedures, while working directly with the owner and shop managers to collaborate and plan for all of our continued success.
*Responsibilities as our Collision Shop Controller will be to:*
Collaborate to develop and implement policies and procedures for our growing Body Shops.
Handle all accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and payroll while maintaining a high level of accuracy and ensuring our compliance with all regulations.
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures and implement a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risks.
Prepare a complete monthly financial statement.
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Provide financial analysis with emphasis on pricing decisions and contract negotiations.
Produce the annual budget and forecasts.
Complete annual audits.
Other duties and responsibilities as required and essential to the position.
*Qualifications for our Collison Shop Controller:*
Acute accounting knowledge.
Excellent leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely organized with the ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/tax preparation software.
Proficient in Quick Books.
Experience with CCC or other Auto Body Management Software is a plus but not necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent work.
Experience of 5 or more years preferred.
Experience as an Accountant or CPA a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.
