Payment Processing (ACH) Specialist

Do you love collaborating with team members? This exciting position is onsite in our Broomfield, CO office! This role will report directly to the ACH Manager and is responsible for customer transaction processing.
This position’s hour will be for the closing shift with some holiday coverage necessary.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with some retail banking experience with a growing team here at Oracle.

There will be no telecommuting.
Responsibilities Process daily ACH and EFT transactions on behalf of customers of the company Maintain detailed records of transactions processed Participate in the ongoing development of an automated system for transaction processing Work in collaboration with other departments to resolve customer payment, reconciliation and technical issues Prepare and maintain proper procedural documentation for operating and compliance purposes Accept other duties as assigned Desired Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred 1 – 2 years of experience Understanding of ACH and ACH processing preferred, but not required 1 to 2 years of cash handling and/or previous banking experience Works well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment Very comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications Flexible and adaptable attitude toward work schedule (some holiday coverage required) Personal Traits: Dependability is a must.
May require some overtime in order to make sure the customer’s needs are met.

Our team processes large volumes of transactions daily.
This person much be able to spot errors and pay close attention to the procedures outlined.
