Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am- 4:30pm

Job Summary:
GZO Sheet Metal & Roofing is currently looking for a Business Manager to work in the Basalt/Aspen, CO office.

What you will do:
· Monitors the outflow of capital for the company.
· Ensures that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.
· Prepares financial reports and various accounting statements.
· Processes payroll and prepares necessary payroll reports.
· Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave and workmen’s compensation.
What you will need:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
· One to two years of related experience required.
· Previous experience in roofing/construction preferred.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
· Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
· Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
· Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
· Thorough understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
