Bookkeeper - Emphasis on Invoicing
Boulder company is seeking a candidate to join the Administration Team.
Our company provides consulting and project management services offering creative, cutting edge solutions to complex environmental problems.
Principal clients range from regional to large multi-national mining, energy and petro-chemical companies.
We provide our private sector client base with time and mission-critical environmental permitting, geochemical and hydrogeologic characterization and modeling, environmental impact analysis and litigation support.
This role complements and supports the Operations Manager.
As such, this candidate will be engaged in the monthly invoicing process, expenses, and office management/administrative functions.
This is a team-oriented role, so the candidate will be expected to function in a team capacity providing support to all members of the admin team, as well as the technical staff as needed.
As such, this role requires exceptional communication, organization, conflict management skills, and a desire to provide excellent service to colleagues and clients alike.
In addition, this position will function as a backup to a variety of Office Manager functions, including administration of Upland, A/P functions, and general office support.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree
· At least two years of invoicing and accounting experience
· Office suite literate – must have intermediate or above Excel skills
· Typing skills 60 WPM
· 10-key proficiency
· Excellent spelling and writing skills; professional email composition
· Excellent attention to detail
· Interested in learning new software/cloud platforms
· Positive, can-do, go-getter attitude
· Logical and analytical thinking
· Process-oriented; continuous improvement mindset
· Largely self-managed and driven to accomplish tasks
· 2-5 years related experience
Responsibilities
· Invoicing and creating invoices according to the companies internal process
o Master client invoicing platforms
o Utilize the Upland invoicing process
o Enter Expenses/Expense Reports
· Timesheet Management and Administration
· Administrative Support
· A/P support and backup
· Client communication support and backup
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $50,000.
00 - $60,000.
