Position Overview:
As the Senior Accountant, you will work on-site with our Boulder, Colorado-based team.
This role supports OneTogether Solution’s responsibilities in handling administration and support for our clinics.

Responsibilities:
Work with controller, staff accountant, and CFO to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timeliness
Work across multiple systems to maintain accurate records for multiple entities
Oversee Accounts Payable
Oversee Accounts Receivable
Bank feeds and reconciliations
Payroll journal entries
Weekly reporting
Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Assist in annual audits
Maintain confidentiality with all sensitive information
Manage office administrative work
Maintain professional and timely correspondence with vendors
Assist in documenting accounting processes as new clinics are opened
Qualifications:
2+ years' experience handling AP, AR, and month close
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Experience in QuickBooks (online preferred)
MUST be eager to learn
MUST have a strong attention to detail
Knowledge of general accounting principals
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Sense of urgency to complete tasks and ownership of work
Team player who is flexible and willing to lend a hand across different responsibilities as needed
Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
Takes initiative in problem solving, completing assignments and researching issues as appropriate

This is an exempt position.
Salary is competitive based on experience.
