Overview
The Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy team is looking for an experienced finance professional that is motivated to solve problems and use new technologies to power business success.
We are looking for candidates that can drive a variety of Crocs initiatives to new heights in a fast-paced, team oriented culture, which encourages you to wear many shoes! As a Sr.
Financial Analyst at Crocs, you will work closely across finance, our business teams, and external parties to support the development and deployment of technical solutions that help the business more effectively and efficiently engage customers.
What You'll Do
• Analyze internal and external forecasts, data, and assumptions to provide aggregated view of expectations and implications for stock price and investor and analysts perception
• Monitor analyst and peer estimates, consensus estimates, sell-side research, and market-related trends impacting valuation and perception
• Support the development of an annual schedule of conferences and non-deal road shows (NDR’s)
• Ensure up-to-date and accurate management of our Investor Relations website and maintain our CRM platform with all meetings and calls conducted, including scheduling and maintaining investor related activities.
• Support the IR team in building relationships with investors and analysts, communicating the company's story, answering questions and logging investor interactions
Competitive Intelligence (20%):
• Lead industry trend analysis and competitive intelligence with a strong and proactive deadline management, without compromising quality
• Analyze financial and nonfinancial data to identify trends and/or indicators, provide insights, and make recommendations to business teams on items that could potentially impact the company's competitive position and/or financial performance
• Stay informed on relevant macro and sector news flow and trends; monitor and communicate internally about competitive information
Corporate Strategy (20%):
• Contributes to large Strategy projects and defines and manages small projects with guidance from directors as needed, using team resources and junior colleagues.
Manages projects independently and/or in collaboration with a Director
• Contribute to corporate strategy success by managing project plans, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance measurements, and/or resource needs for complex programs.
• Conducts and summarize market-based research by identifying and gathering information
• Conducts analyses (e.

, financial modeling) to validate proposed ideas and inform business decisions.
Assist in refining initial framing established by project lead for strategic questions and applies structure to analysis.
• Provides support for execution of strategy and ad hoc analyses
What You'll Bring to the Table
Minimum Education:
• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business or Economics or equivalent experience
• MBA or advanced Finance certification is preferred
Minimum Experience:
• 3+ years financial analytics experience, including investor relations, public equity analysis, private equity investing, investment banking, or transaction services
• Prior experience in client facing role preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, SEC and securities laws, economic principles, financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data
• Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills with affinity for quantitative modeling
• Excellent communication skills, nonverbal, verbal, and written, with peers, senior management, and business partners including in times of discussion with multiple opinions
• Self-starter with can do demeanor, including a strong personal drive and an ability to work independently in multiple environments/cultures and get things done
• Skills to work collaboratively on a team; be an advocate for improvement/change
• An ability to quickly and accurately deliver in ambiguity
• Excellent attention to details, robust organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work with and maintain secure and confidential information

Salary or Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
