We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Bookkeeper/Administrative Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing essential administrative support to contribute to the smooth operation of our construction projects.
Responsibilities: Bookkeeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
Process accounts payable for disbursement review by management.
Provide accounts receivable reports and correspondence.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
Collaborate with project managers to track project expenses and budgets.
Administrative Support Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Greet visitors and assist with their needs, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in administrative support and phone handling.
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications in bookkeeping or accounting would be advantageous.
Compensation: Salary $50,000 - $60,000 Based on experience Vacation, Holidays & PTO
