YOUR IMPACT
As a key member of the FP&A organization, the Revenue Analyst will be responsible for top-line global forecasting and analysis for the Cybersecurity business unit.
The role is critical in assuring that revenue budgets/forecasts are in line with expectations and outlook.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position with exposure to senior leadership across the company.
The person in this role will partner cross functionally across the organization to develop Budgets, Forecasts, Reporting, Analyses, Metrics, Financial Models and Processes to drive financial transparency.
The Revenue Analyst will draw heavily on their financial modeling and system skills to provide insights and help drive financial decision making that yields maximum, long-term value for the business.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Opportunity to manage, strengthen, and automate current revenue forecasting and analysis processes.
Ability to influence and drive continuous improvement for models, while building and maintaining relevant metrics.
Partnership working closely with business partners (Revenue Accounting, Sales Operations, Corporate FP&A, etc.
) in maintaining and developing comprehensive revenue models and forecasts.
Coordinating world-wide revenue planning processes with all stakeholders
Owning revenue related reporting
Providing ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling for specific revenue-related topics
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
BS in Business, Finance or Accounting
1+ years of relevant experience, must include SaaS revenue modeling and analysis
Excellent MS Excel modeling skills, working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, SAP, Analysis for Office is a plus
Revenue Recognition/Revenue Accounting experience is strongly preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer focus with the demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships
Strong ability to breakdown and understand financial results, and effectively handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Salary Statement
This job is expected to pay in the range of $65,000 to $88,000 base salary.
OpenText also offers comprehensive and competitive group benefits and healthcare plans.
Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
