Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $19.
50 to $21.
50+ actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts.

Job Summary:
Inputting of Ski & Ride School instructor payroll, running and balancing to reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
Other duties as assigned.
This position will involve facilitating instructor scheduling adjustments, working with FLAIK software & hardware, to facilitate the daily operation and administration of Ski & Ride School.
The SRS Payroll Clerk will be interfacing with Instructors, Supervisors, Specialists, SRS Indoor Staff, and guests on a daily basis.
Confidentiality is imperative in this role.
Seasonal position.
Evenings, weekends, and some holidays required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily payroll input into computer
Run reports and balance
Office work in Microsoft Office as assigned
Assist with Instructor Scheduling in Flaik
Assist with Youth Ski & Ride School operations

Requirements:
Basic Requirements:
Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background check will be conducted after position is accepted.
This background check will be done in accordance with standards enacted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
High school or equivalent
Preferred Experience and Special Skills:
Ski and Ride School knowledge preferred
Flaik experience a plus
Excellent computer skills
Accounting competence
Keen attention to detail
