What You’ll Do (Essential Job Functions): Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
Analyze historical financial data and market trends to make informed projections.
Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of various scenarios.
Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial insights for decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports for senior management.
Highlight key financial metrics, variances, and trends.
Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial results against budget and forecast.
Provide insights into the drivers of financial performance.
Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for cost optimization.
Collaborate with operational teams to improve cost efficiency.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights.
Assess the financial implications of strategic decisions.
Forecast Accuracy: Monitor and improve the accuracy of financial forecasts through regular reviews and adjustments.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested.
Provide insights into specific financial issues or business challenges.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring (Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Proven experience in FP&A Proficiency in financial modeling Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel Demonstrated familiarity with ERP systems Experience with integrations and mergers preferred Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 2 years of related experience Must provide proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Residency to comply with ITAR requirements.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: The manufacturing facility is more than 56,000 square feet.
Workers may be exposed to loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards; personal protective equipment may be provided by The Company and at request.
Job Information: This is a full-time, permanent position.
This position is eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed under "CMi is Proud to Offer.
" This position is considered exempt and ineligible for overtime pay.
Pay range: $70,000-$120,000 based on qualifications and experience.
