*Position Summary*
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks including financial reporting, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
This role will also involve analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Epocs Manufacturing Inc.
in Longmont, CO.
*Responsibilities*
· A/P processing including year-end 1099/1096 reporting
· A/R processing including account collections
· General Ledger reconciliation
· Reconcile bank statements
· Payroll backup as needed
· Posting and reconciliation of payroll
· Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements
· Administrative tasks as needed
· Month end journal entries and account reconciliations
*Qualifications*
· 5+ years experience with accounting principles and practices
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
· Experience with financial reporting and analyzing financial data
· Proficient in using accounting software
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
