Understand databases: Relational database experience, SQL Server 2012 or higher.

Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

BI Incorporated Responsibilities: Summary The Lead Process Engineer is responsible to provide sound manufacturing engineering direction and leadership for the efficient and smooth operations of manufacturing processes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Serves as leader of manufacturing process and operations.
Provides process and technical leadership, recommendations and guidance to both management and peers.
Supervises manufacturing system modifications.
Identify areas for improvement through process automation.
Understands and models manufacturing processes and information infrastructure.
Proposes process and software improvement needed to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Coordinate and lead the Methods & Procedure Support, Industrial and Process engineering, and IT team members to execute on needed manufacturing changes and improvements.
Estimates time and effort required to execute certain tasks and work with management to ensure enough resources are applied.
Leads team code review activities.
Responsible for the identification and implementation of coding and unit testing standards for manufacturing and operations.
Coordinates code releases, quality and testing for manufacturing and operations.
Participates in the project planning/budgeting process and suggests ways to complete projects on time and within budget.
Performs other duties as assigned.
