Position Description Kratos is looking for Software Developers to support development and enhancement of the Mission Data Processing Application Provider (MDPAP) system.
MDPAP delivers critical applications for the Space Force’s missile warning mission as part of the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) program.
As part of the SciTec Team, Kratos software developers will further develop, tune, and integrate advanced algorithms, signal processing, graphical user interfaces, and data communications components to deliver operational software baselines for the real-time strategic and theater missile warning missions.
Experience and Skills: Responsibilities and Duties Work with a team of contractors on MDPAP development and enhancements.
Provide software documentation.
Conduct testing and provide result documentation.
Required Skills/Experience Current Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Minimum 5 years experience in Software development Qualifications and Skills Experience with some or all of the following: Python, C++ Docker, Kubernetes JavaScript (React and Node) DevOps Testing Unreal Data/event driven visualization applications and 3D rendering libraries such as WebGL, OpenGL, CesiumJS, PlotlyJS, Three.
js Ability to react quickly in a dynamic environment.
Collaborate working in a team environment of contractors.
Ability to communicate technical approaches and details within small project teams, including team interaction and presentation.
A working knowledge of Microsoft® Office software tools.
