Job Title: IT Service Desk Specialist
Location : Boulder, CO
Clearance Required : Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Public Trust clearance
Description : IBSS is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Specialist to work on-site in Boulder, CO providing helpdesk support to users within the Enterprise IT Operations of the OCIO of a civilian Federal government agency.
Required Experience, Skills, Education and Responsibilities:
3-5 years of professional experience applying knowledge of the following in support of end users:
Microsoft O365/Teams and Adobe
MFD/Printer admin and support
Hardware configuration/preparation
Software installation
Asset Management
Telecommunication setup and issuance (desk and cell phones)
Mobile Device Manager and Endpoint manager
Microsoft Active Directory Administration
MFA Administration
Helpdesk Ticketing Systems (such as ServiceNow or BMC Footprints)
