Stratom is seeking a versatile individual with professional experience complex electro-mechanical systems.
You will be a major contributor to our unmanned vehicle and autonomous robotic arm projects, which require a diverse set of robotic expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities
Support the build, test, and maintenance phases of complex electro-mechanical robotic systems
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with electo-mechanical systems
Perform basic prototyping and fabrication and modification of parts, including the use of mill, welder, etc.
Work hand in hand with the design team to identify and resolve issues
Operate and maintain our warehouse and shop, including operating a forklift, tool maintenance, and organization.
Assist with supply chain, including sourcing, ordering, and inspecting incoming components.
Take an active role in ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel.
Qualifications
Required Skills
You love robots.
Equivalent of high school diploma or G.
E.
D.
certification.
Technical certifications are highly desired.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in related field.
Competency with computers, spreadsheets, electronic documentation, and other digital tools as required.
Experience fabricating metal prototype parts using a mill, welder, lathe, etc.
Reading and building to electrical schematics, including crimping and soldering
Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
Nice To Have
Experience with Diesel Engines
Experience with Hydraulics
Experience with electric automobiles, or similar battery powered electronic systems
Competent welder with both MIG and TIG.
Familiarity with ABB Robotic Arms or similar industrial robotics
Experience building automotive or industrial wiring harnesses.
