These pullets will start laying at 5 months old, and are prolific layers of large, brown eggs.
These chickens are bred for their laying ability, and when kept in good conditions, they will lay right through their first winter, and will make a good showing in their second.
They are very calm, easy keepers, and rarely get broody.
They are a beautiful red color with cream colored highlights.
