Family owned and operated, Boulder based property management office, is needing an office professional/assistant to assist with many office and field related tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Show apartments and houses to potential renters in Boulder/Denver area
* Answer calls and emails to help with maintenance issues in rentals
* Direct calls to appropriate persons and /or take reliable messages
* Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
* Help staff with many tasks, willing to learn new and diversified skills
* Willing to help with property inspections, meeting with other providers, placing signs, posting notices etc.

Requirements:
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft applications
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive in all aspects
* Excellent organizational skills
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Customer service attitude
* Reliable vehicle and Valid drivers license
* Some Saturdays will be required; mostly in July and August
Full time position Monday-Friday, some Saturdays will be required, some benefits, salaried position.
