Property management company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team! We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties.
The perfect candidate:
* Must have a minimum of 2 years property manager experience
* Be detailed oriented, be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have problem solving & critical thinking skills in addition to being a self starter and work independently.

Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of assigned properties
* Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
* Maintain a positive, productive relationship with clients
* Manage multiple projects with various subcontractors
* Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
* Update job and market knowledge
Skills
* Proven work experience as property manager
* Fully understanding property management
* Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
* Customer focus
* Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
* Well organized with excellent time management skills
