The One Riverfront is an exceptional, new residence in the coveted Riverfront Village community, and we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team! This position is a great introduction to property management and owner relations if you are organized, reliable and enjoy providing a high level of customer service.

Duties Include:
Provides support to the Property Manager in all functions required on Property.
Assists with rental and homecare units, guest, and owner relations.
Coordinates work with outside vendors and in house departments.
Performs arrival inspections of units and periodic inspections and inventories.
Front desk duties as needed.
Follows up with owner and rental guest requests.
Inputs reservations for owners and guests of owners.
Receives and delivers packages.
Transports ski equipment to and from the ski valet as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Location: One Riverfront - Avon, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $23 to $25 / hour DOE; $1,000 sign on bonus to be paid in two installments: 1/2 after 60 days and 1/2 after 120 days
Schedule: 9am - 5:30pm, changes seasonally, weekends required, holidays required, ability to work irregular hours and days depending on work demand
Minimum Requirements
Ability to be organized, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and telephone etiquette
Ability to recognize and identify general home maintenance and repair needs, and follow-up for completion of repairs.
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs, shovel snow, climb stairs regularly, kneel, climb ladders.
Valid Driver's License
Must be at least 21 years old
Able to stand and/or walk intermittently for up to 8 hours /day
