Homeowners Association - Assistant Property Manager

Description: Customer service oriented person to work directly with clients on management of property.
Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance.
Assist owners in resolution of issues.
Must be very organized and patient.
Should enjoy talking to and meeting lots of new people.
Having a desire to help others is a critical skill for the role.
Part time position
- 10 to 20 hours a week - shifts are 5 days a week, Mon-Fri.
The 2-4 hours per day can be anytime between 8 am and 5 pm, they just need to be a relatively consistent schedule.
- Work is hybrid in that you work from home most of the time.
You will have to visit customer sites in Boulder minimum once a week.
You have the flexibility to schedule those days.
- Most customer meetings are in the day, however there may be 1 to 3 nights of meetings per month.
These are all held online via Zoom.
No need to commute, just join from home.
Meetings generally last 1.
5 hrs and are Mon-Thursday.
These hours are included in the 10-20 hours.
- Opportunity for On-call shifts (on call pays an additional daily amount plus hourly rate if activated to respond).
Not required, just optional additional work.
Training provided.
- There is a small monthly cell phone compensation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.
00 - $22.
