Job Description: The software business implementation analyst provides support to all clients, including internal customers on product related issues and questions by direct assistance in using our software and services.
The support includes diagnostic support, basic "how-to" training, and issue tracking and escalation.
Manages unresolved issues and service requests for an assigned list of clients to help ensure they are successful in order to sustain our transaction volume and retain existing clients.
Document and track issues and questions received from clients and request additional information as needed to fully understand the symptoms.
Follow up on open issues with clients and internal support staff by triaging client issues based on the described symptoms, using the defined escalation processes and checklist.
Provide the authorized customer contact with an immediate resolution to the reported issue, where possible, and escalate the issue to the next appropriate internal resource when an immediate solution cannot be identified.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in basic software instruction in response to "how-to" questions from customers using platform knowledge.
Minimum 1+ year of experience on current trends in all system related issues and developments.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
