We are expanding and need a Property Manager All-Star be a part of our growth in Longmont.
Job Description: * The Property Manager is a crucial position within goHomePort, as you are often the only live contact with our customers.
You will be responsible for property lease up, while also being able to effectively communicate with customers, understand and solve any concerns or complaints, manage vendors, understand property P&L budgets/spend impacts and helping to deliver new technologies and services to the property Your responsibilities: * Manage all lease-up activities at multiple of our Longmont, CO locations.
Facilities can consist of newly constructed RV canopy spaces or traditional outdoor RV storage.
* Answer calls, texts and emails from customers inquiring about Boat and RV storage rates and process move-ins and credit card payments.
* Explain amenities, services, and features of the property * Understand customer needs and cross sell into appropriate facilities throughout the state if applicable * Working alongside our Repairs company (if applicable) to provide seamless customer service * Act fiscally and morally responsible while collecting customer data to process contracts, payments and updating customer profiles * Customer contract management including processing payments, facilitating collections attempts and refunds * Deposit rents either via remote deposit or in a bank branch location * Keep the facility clean and welcoming for tenants, while communicating to management any facility needs that need to be addressed * Manage 3rd party contractors to ensure property is best-in class Your Experience: * Previous property lease up experience (in the storage industry a plus) * Good data entry skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask between phone conversations and computer programs * Prior experience with StorEDGE, Sitelink, or other storage operating systems a plus * A team player that can wear multiple hats What goHomePort can provide you: * Competitive compensation ($20.
