Private Basement/ Guest House (Between Boulder & Denver)

Hello, I am searching ahead of time for a private basement with a decent amount of space.
I am also looking for a very safe area to live in.
Anywhere between Boulder, Superior, Denver & Brighton.
I am a female in my early 30's.
I have a stable job.
Have been there for a while.
I am looking for a place where I may have the possibility to extend a lease as I'd rather have a stable place to live as well.

) I am a very respectful, clean and considerate person.
I have references, willing to do a background check and whatever else may be needed for an application.
